Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between CheatSheet LLC ("CheatSheet", "we", "us") and the company that signs up for CheatSheet ("you", "your company"). By creating an account, you agree to them on behalf of your company, and you confirm you're allowed to do that.

1. What CheatSheet is

CheatSheet is business software for construction companies. It turns your project spreadsheets and documents into dashboards, answers questions about them, and helps fill out forms. It's for business use only, not for personal or household use.

2. Your account

3. Free trial, billing and cancelling

4. Your data belongs to you

5. What you can't upload: no CUI or classified information

CheatSheet is not certified for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), CMMC, FedRAMP, ITAR or any other government security program. You must not upload CUI, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or anything else a contract or law says must be kept in a certified system. If your project includes that kind of information, keep it out of CheatSheet. You are responsible for any such information you upload.

Also don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and don't use CheatSheet to break the law, harm others, attack or overload our systems, try to get into another company's data, or copy or resell the service.

6. AI answers need a human check

CheatSheet uses AI to read documents, answer questions and fill forms. AI can be wrong. Check anything that matters — dollar amounts, dates, contract terms, filled forms — before you rely on it, sign it or send it. CheatSheet is a tool to help your team; it isn't legal, financial, engineering or professional advice, and your company makes the final call.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep CheatSheet running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never go down or never have a bug. We may update, change or remove features over time. If we ever shut CheatSheet down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.

8. Ending the agreement

9. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, CheatSheet is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows: we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about CheatSheet is limited to the amount your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of data your company uploaded (including CUI or other information you weren't supposed to upload) or because your company broke these terms, your company will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

12. Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email your company's owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use CheatSheet after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Other legal details

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer this agreement without our written OK; we can transfer it as part of a merger or sale of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about CheatSheet.
