Which export do I pull?

CheatSheet reads these straight from Procore (or from your project cheat-sheet workbook, which has them as tabs). Start with whichever you have; one file is enough for a dashboard.

  • Works hereBudget — Procore → Budget → Export → CSV or Excel (the Budget report with Revised Budget and Committed Costs)
  • Works hereCommitments — Procore → Commitments → Export → CSV or Excel (Original / Revised Contract Amount, Pending Change Orders)
  • Works herePay applications — Procore → Prime Contracts → Invoices → Export, or your pay app workbook with its G703 / Schedule of Values tab
  • Works hereChange events and CAs — Procore → Prime Contracts → Change Orders → Export, or the CA / contingency log tab of your cheat sheet
  • Works hereRFIs — Procore → RFIs → Export → CSV or Excel (the list view, not single-RFI PDFs)
  • Works hereSubmittals — Procore → Submittals → Export → CSV or Excel (the log, not the package PDFs)
  • Works hereSchedule or look-ahead — A schedule tab with Milestone and Date columns (your cheat sheet's Schedule tab, or a milestone list saved as Excel)
  • With an accountPDFs (reports, pay apps, schedules) — Read by the assistant once you have a free account — the demo only reads spreadsheets

Update from document

Upload any project document — an RFI or submittal log, a pay application, a schedule or lookahead, a CA/change-order log, a risk register, subcontractor status, closeout tracker, anything. Claude reads it and works out what it affects.

Claude proposes changes only — nothing is applied until you accept each one on the next screen. If it can't map something, it will say so specifically.

Start next period

Claude drafts the period from the current one plus these documents. You review every row — what carried forward, what changed, what's new, what was dropped — and nothing is saved until you accept and create the period.

Upload document

Kept permanently in this project's document library — the assistant searches it alongside the tracked data, right in the chat. Drawing sets are indexed by each sheet's number and title — then ask about a sheet by number ("what's on A-101?") and the assistant reads that sheet. Photos get an auto-caption and a thumbnail; add your own caption too.

Big drawing sets are fine. You can close this window or lose signal — the upload picks up where it stopped (on an iPad, keep this page open; locking the screen pauses it until you unlock).
